This is a WS2812 LED effect chip module for RGB color control. It must be used with WS2812 addressable LED strips and supports connecting 1 to 50 LEDs.

How to Control the Effects

  • Short press: Switch lighting modes.
  • Long press: Switch colors.
  • Mode 1: Gradual fade-in effect from start to end.
  • Mode 2: Fast flowing water effect with 5 LEDs moving back and forth.
  • Mode 3: Breathing effect. Long press the switch to change colors.

Important Warnings


⚠️ Requires Basic Circuit Knowledge: Soldering this module involves a certain level of technical difficulty. If you are not familiar with WS2812 addressable LED strips, please think twice before purchasing.

⚠️ Handle with Extreme Care: The LED strip is extremely small and fragile. Avoid repeated folding as it can easily cause loose soldering.

⚠️ Repair Requirements: You must have basic circuit knowledge and be able to solder or reposition the WS2812-1010 LEDs yourself. If an LED becomes detached:

  1. Re-solder it back in place.
  2. Or, cut off the faulty LED and use jump wires to reconnect the circuit.

Given the significantly lower price compared to similar products, this item requires self-assembly and repair skills. Beginners, novices, and those without soldering equipment are strongly advised against purchasing.
