Refund policy

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days. The packaging must be in the original condition as when initially received. Purchaser must pay the return cost for shipping.

Note: Patches can be arranged for defects provided by the factory manufacturer. A full video of the unopened bag is required.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us directly.

ModelInterspace reserves the right to reject any request without providing the requested photographic evidence or in the event of damage to the product itself.
